The comedy Everybody Loves Opal opens today at the Francis Wilson Playhouse, 302 Seminole St. The play runs through May 10. It's about a friendly middle-age woman who lives in a tumbledown mansion beside the city dump. Her unfailing kindness and abiding faith in human nature triumph over the combined greed of three small-time criminals who try to do her in for her insurance.
