A third passenger in Nieman's 1995 Mercury Cougar, Louise Tarry, of Dunnellon, was taken to Seven Rivers Community Hospital in Crystal River. Her injuries were minor, according to reports. Price was charged with violating the right of way. Blood was drawn and further charges l are pending the results of the blood tests, which could take several weeks, said a traffic investigator with the sheriff's office.
