Marcelle G. Hagood has been named marketing director at Harvard Jolly Clees Toppe Architects in St. Petersburg. Hagood was marketing manager at Rosser International Inc. in Atlanta. The company also announced it has hired the following graduate architects: Nick S. Brooks, a graduate of Notre Dame; Stephen L. Johnson, University of Florida; Jon T. Kevin Malone has been named sales director for Clear Channel's eight radio stations in Tampa. Malone was general manager at WSSR-FM Star 95.7. The company also announced Chuck Morgan, program director at WSSR, has been named programing director at Clear Channel Radio Tampa.


Craig Muth has been named senior project manager at Beers Construction Co. in Tampa. Muth was a project manager at J.S. Alberici Construction Co., St. Louis.


Kathya Ismark has been named project manager at Creative Contractors Inc. in Clearwater. Ismark was a project manager at A.D. Morgan in Tampa.


Bonnie-Sue Brandvik has been named human resources director at Tampa Bay Engineering Inc. in Clearwater. Brandvik was human resources manager at Quarterdeck Select Corp.


John W. Herbert Jr. has been named vice president of marketing and mortgage banking and manager of Boca Raton-based Financial Funding Resources Inc.'s new Tampa office. Herbert was vice president of Florida corporate lending group at SouthTrust Bank of Alabama. He earned a law degree at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Martha "Marty" Sabin has been promoted to vice president at First Housing in Tampa. Sabin was assistant vice president in the company's compliance department. The company also announced the following elections to its board: Clifford B. Hardy of First Housing; and Joseph Voskerichian, NationsBank, who also was re-elected as vice chairman.


Dennis K. Chambers has been named a senior account executive at Lykes Insurance Inc. in Tampa. Chambers was an account representative at Lumbermen's Underwriting Alliance.

Flora Perez has been named business development director at InterSource Health Care Inc. in Largo. Perez was quality management director at Humana Inc. in Tampa.


Brennan F. Robertson has been named vice president of sales at BusinessLinks in Tampa. Robertson was Florida director for Players Edge Golf Schools.

Ed Sanabria has been named general manager at East Lake Woodlands Country Club. Sanabria was general manager at Stonebridge Country Club in McKinney, Texas.


Michael G. Czerwinski, senior environmental scientist at Berryman & Henigar in Crystal River, has been elected chairman of Withlacoochee Ecosystem Management Initiative's technical advisory committee.

Steve Freedman, president of Freedman's Office Furniture in Tampa, has been named Entrepreneur of the Year by University of South Florida's College of Business Administration at its Outstanding Alumni Awards last month.

TECO Energy in Tampa has announced the following promotions: Royston K. Eustace has been named senior vice president of business development; and Merlin F. Wadsworth, chief information officer. Eustace was vice president of strategic planning and business development. He will continue to serve as president of TECO Coalbed Methane and TECO Oil & Gas. Wadsworth will continue to serve as vice president of corporate and operating services.
