Ferman Automotive Management Services, management company for Ferman Motor Car Co. in Tampa, has moved its headquarters to 1306 W Kennedy Blvd., Tampa.


Raymond James Bank has received approval from Office of Thrift Supervision to move its headquarters from Spring Hill to St. Petersburg. The bank is constructing a 24,000-square-foot building in Carillon office park. The building will include a full-service branch, administrative offices and Raymond James Trust Co. The bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of Raymond James Financial Inc., whose headquarters also are in Carillon.


Gerson Goodson Inc. in Clearwater has been selected by Apollo Hair Systems in Largo to conduct a behavioral performance interview with sales staff and by Florida Metropolitan University to evaluate the master's of business administration program and to help the university develop an executive master's of business administration program.

Lucent Technologies has opened a 450-employee, 100,000-square-foot NetCare Data Services Center at 11399 16th Court N, off Roosevelt Boulevard, in St. Petersburg. The company said it expects to add 70 associates in the next year. Lucent opened a facility in Pompano Beach in December and plans to open one in Altamonte Springs this spring.

Qualitative Marketing Software Inc., 28050 U.S. 19 N, Suite 500, Clearwater, has formed a licensing agreement with VNU Marketing Information Services' Precision Marketing Group in New York City.
