A bright yellow-and-white family dining area in the 1,800-square-foot Magnolia model is on the magazine's cover, with more pictures and text inside. Silver Oaks Village, a development of neo-traditional homes, is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
