The Wildcats scored 22 of the first 29 points of the second half to pull ahead 51-38 with 11:56 left. The Hornets played without leading scorers Terence Hood and Stafan Malliet. Hood has a groin injury, and Malliet served the second game of a two-game suspension.

CENTENARY 83, JACKSONVILLE 71: Ronnie McCollum scored a career-high 34 points for visiting Centenary in Jacksonville's first Trans America Athletic Conference game.

FAU 97, GEORGIA ST. 90 (OT): Damon Arnette had 31 points for host Florida Atlantic. Georgia State's Anton Reese scored with 3.7 seconds left to send the game into overtime at 82.
