Dick (PG-13) (94 min.) D _ Two teenagers (Kirsten Dunst, Michelle Williams) solve the Watergate scandal with marijuana cookies and a severe lack of well-crafted jokes.

The Iron Giant (PG) (86 min.) A _ An enormous robot from outer space befriends a boy in this stirring animated film, one of the best to emerge from the genre in recent years. Voices include Jennifer Aniston and Harry Connick Jr.

Mystery Men (PG-13) (105 min.) D _ Ben Stiller and Janeane Garofalo are convinced that this spoof of comic book superheroes is worth their talent. They're terribly wrong. Wasted co-stars include Oscar winner Geoffrey Rush (Shine) and William H. Macy (Fargo).

The Sixth Sense (PG-13) (114 min.) B- _ A child psychologist (Bruce Willis) becomes a ghostbuster for a young boy tormented by visions of the dead. Creepy, almost too deliberate in its approach, but a great ending improves the entire film.

The Thomas Crown Affair (R) (110 min.) C _ Pierce Brosnan doesn't step far from his James Bond persona in this art-heist adventure. Rene Russo co-stars in a remake of a 1968 drama starring Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway.

Three Seasons (PG-13) (113 min.) _ Five lives intersect in present-day Saigon, including one portrayed in a small role for co-producer Harvey Keitel. Winner of three prizes at the Sundance Film Festival.
