Applications are available for Artist Resource Fund grants, which are awarded annually by the Pinellas County Arts Council. The ARF program was established in 1988 to provide non-governmental assistance to Pinellas County visual, performing and literary artists. Funding for the program is generated through community contributions. Grants up to $2,000 are awarded for projects related to furthering an artist's professional development.
A grants workshop is scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 8 at the St. Petersburg Times auditorium, 490 First Ave. S, St. Petersburg.
