A 19-year-old Zephyrhills man was arrested Friday on charges that he stole four cars and broke into two houses during a two-week period, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office said.
Gregory Allen Branham, 8346 Richland School Road, was being held without bail Saturday in the Pasco County jail in Land O'Lakes. He was charged with four felony counts of grand theft auto, one felony count each of armed burglary, burglary of a residence, burglary of an auto and grand theft, and two misdemeanor counts of petit theft.
Jail records show that Branham also had outstanding warrants for violation of community control and failure to appear.
According to reports, Branham stole a 1991 Nissan Maxima, a 1991 Dodge Spirit and two pickup trucks. He also took a VCR from a house and a stereo from a car, reports said. The thefts took place between July 25 and Aug. 11.
