The Sons of Italy, Nature Coast Lodge No. 2502 will hold its annual scholarship dinner-dance at 6 p.m. Feb. 25 at the Senior Citizen Center, 7925 Rhanbuoy Road. The primary purpose of this event is to raise awareness and help those wishing to further their educations. The lodge also is soliciting contributions of merchandise or services to be used in the scholarship raffle. Full credit will be given for all contributions. Spring Hill resident is artist of month
SPRING HILL _ The West Hernando/Foggia Library, 6335 Blackbird Ave., will feature Lynne Caulkett as the artist of the month for February. Caulkett, of Spring Hill, is a member of the Spring Hill Art League and is a self-taught artist who enjoys painting landscapes, florals and portraits with watercolors and oils. On display at the library will be show pieces from her Collection in Black series. The series are all done in oils and painted on black backgrounds. For information, call 592-5606.
