MAIL: Residential customers in the 33605 and 33619 ZIP codes will get their mail starting today. It will be limited to first class, express mail and parcels. The post office will select a site by Monday for delivery of mail from the 2,200 post office boxes at the Ybor City station. It's unknown yet how much of that mail was saved. Mail that otherwise would be processed and delivered from there will be routed to the station at 2810 E. Hillsborough Ave. Ybor customers with questions about their mail should call (813) 889-3952 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. today.

ROADS: Interstate 4 and the ramps leading in and out of Ybor City are open. Some roads within Ybor City are closed, including Palm Avenue from 15th Street to 21st Street, and 19th and 20th streets from Eighth Avenue to Interstate 4. Also, 21st Street is restricted to one lane.

NIGHTCLUBS: It will be business as usual along the Seventh Avenue strip, according to the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce.

HEATWAVE: Tropical Heatwave, the annual music festival and fundraiser for WMNF-FM, will go on as scheduled. "The fires were three or four blocks away, which is scary," said Randy Wynne, WMNF program director, "but Heatwave is still going on. . . ."
