Dunedin

BIGGART, DORIS, 82, of Dunedin and Toronto, died Saturday (May 20, 2000) at Meadowcroft Place Retirement Home, Toronto. She was born in Toronto and came here in 1981 as a winter visitor. She was a retired board of education senior administrative assistant. She was a member of Bloordale United Church, and had been active in women's organizations relating to the church. She was an amateur oil painter. Survivors include a son, Raymond Biggart, Largo and Toronto; a daughter, Barbara Dowds, Ontario; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Palm Harbor

ANDERSON, SHARON MARIE, 42, of Palm Harbor, died Sunday (May 21, 2000) at home. She was born in Detroit, and came here 32 years ago. She was a Baptist. Survivors include her husband, Jeff; a son, Anthony; a daughter, Jennifer; her mother, Eleanor, Holiday; a sister, Debbie, Holiday; and three brothers, Mike, Holiday, Jerry, Tacoma, Wash., and Tom, Phoenix. SPRENGEL, HERBERT, J., , of Palm Harbor, died Friday, (May 19, 2000) at Mease Hospital Countryside. He was born in Chicago, and came here in 1978 from Champaign, Ill. He was an engineer for G.E. Co. Medical Systems, and a professor of engineering at the University of Illinois. He was a lifelong member of Elm Grove Methodist Church. He was a member of Tau Beta Pi, a national engineering society. Survivors include his wife, Marion; a son, Howard, Largo; and several nieces and nephews. Moss Feaster Funeral Homes, Palm Harbor Chapel.
