James Logistics of Elfers, a transportation management company operating with DOT broker authority since 1989, recently announced the appointment of Hope Brooks as manager of operations effective June 5. Brooks, who has more than 15 years of experience in transportation and brokerage, recently earned the Certified Transportation Broker designation. She has been a member of the James Logistics team since 1994.
