A primary primer

Voter turnout was low throughout most of Pinellas County for Tuesday's primary election, and Precinct 277 was no exception. One of those who turned up at the polling place at 7690 59th St. N was Ed Adly (not pictured), who exercised his right to vote for the first time _ he recently obtained U.S. citizenship. Here, Adly's daughter, Sarah-Ruth Adly, 7, gets an introduction to voting from precinct worker Joe Slamar.
