Adults and high school students are invited to a three-part discussion group on school violence and prevention from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. three consecutive Tuesday nights from Sept. 19 through Oct. 3. Meetings will take place at Osceola High School, 9751 98th St. N, Largo. The discussions are part of a new Pinellas County Schools program called Talking Schools. The program, funded by a federal grant, provides opportunities for students and other members of the community to discuss issues, examine different views and work toward solutions of problems. For information, call Cindy Flora at 586-1818, ext. 1503.
