Super Bowl special teams: the cooks

Marty Blitz, left, chef and co-owner of Mise en Place restaurant, prepares a dish for Marc Silverstein, co-host of the Food Network show The Best Of . . ., while being filmed for an episode called "The Best of the End-Zone Eats." The episode will feature several area restaurants, including Bern's, Sack's Seafood Grille & House of Jazz and Dogwater Cafe, in a show about preparing a Super Bowl meal. "It's a little dream come true for a restaurant in Tampa," said Mise en Place co-owner Maryann Blitz.
