Four teens face robbery and battery charges in two attacks Tuesday on a 75-year-old man, authorities say. According to a sheriff's report, on two separate occasions Tuesday two boys entered the man's house, held him down and stole money from his wallet while two other teens guarded the front door. The Times is withholding the names of three of the boys because of their ages _ two of them are 13 years old and the other is 14. The fourth accused teen is Erick L. Batta, 16, of 6031 No Doc Road west of Brooksville, who faces two counts of robbery and two counts of battery on a person 65 or older. According to the report, Emerson A. Jones, 75, who lives west of Brooksville, did not initially report the first incident because he said he was afraid the boys would come back and hurt him if he called police. But after the second attack, the report states, called for help. All four boys were arrested Tuesday and taken to the Hernando County Jail, where they were transferred to the juvenile justice center in Ocala on Wednesday.
