Rebekah Gregory

Central Florida Community College

Age: 21

Hobbies: Singing, writing, reading, Native American History, collecting Marilyn Monroe memorabilia.

Achievements: Honor student four years; student government; chorus; drama club; thespian member; Hispanic Commitment to Education award; first place Voice of Democracy; Who's Who Among American High School Students; Superintendents Advisory Cabinet; Citrus County School Board Leadership Awards; performed at Disney World; nominated for National Young Leaders Conference; Associate of Arts degree; Miss Teen 1997; first runner-up Miss Citrus County 1999.

Aspires: Teach English and communications at the college level.

Talent: Vocal performance titled This is the Moment.

FIRST RUNNER UP

Ellen King

Citrus High School

Age: 17

Hobbies: Dance, community service, peer counseling and being with family and friends.

Achievements: National BETA club; high honor roll, Blueprint Leadership Club; Who's Who Among American High School Students; Miss Teen 1999; Outstanding attendance; Covey Leadership Award; Homecoming Court; "Blueprint for the Millennium"; studied dance for 14 years.

Aspires: Attend USF and receive a degree in elementary education.

Talent: Tap dance performance to Fabulous Feet.

SECOND RUNNER UP

Melissa Terrero

Home Schooled

Age: 18

Hobbies: Horseback riding and training and tennis

Achievements: 4-H Hall of Fame inductee; equestrian competitor in different disciplines; first place for singing, United Methodist Church Talent Show; honor roll; honor society; student government; competed in talent shows in county and district levels of 4-H.

Aspires: To have a career in music theater and acting.

Talent: Vocal performance titled Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again.

THIRD RUNNER UP

Ashleigh Commander

Crystal River High School

Age: 18

Hobbies: Dance, reading, writing, drama and community service.

Achievements: UCLA Intensive Theater Institute Summer College; attended National Junior Civitan Convention; 250 hours of Community Awareness Workshops; Interact Club; second place in talent division at IMTA; third place Model of the Year; yearbook staff member; first place in numerous state and national dance competitions; third runner-up Miss Teen 1998.

Aspires: Obtain a masters degree in theater and performing arts.

Talent: Dramatic monologue titled Regrets.

FOURTH RUNNER UP

Stephanie Fohrman

Citrus High School

Age: 18

Hobbies: Singing, dancing, acting, shopping and playing golf.

Achievements: Studied dance for 11 years, voice for 15 years, piano for 4 years; three-year letterman for Citrus High Golf Team; Frank Webb Outstanding Golfer of the Year 2000-2001; three-year member Breez; second runner-up Miss Teen 2000; Silver Medalist in Florida Dance Masters Group competition; vocal lead in church musical; all-conference academic award; varsity letter in chorus.

Aspires: To sing and dance on Broadway.

Talent: Jazz vocal performance to Almost Like Being in Love.

Shanna Johnson

Citrus High School

Age: 18

Hobbies: Singing, dancing, music composition.

Achievements: Vice president chorus; two-year member of the National Honor Society; chamber choir; All-State chorus three years; Cooperative Diversified Education Program; two year member of Breez; 10 years piano and music training.

Aspires: Obtain a degree in human relations business management and then a degree in recording arts and music production.

Talent: Vocal performance to He Touched Me.

Jamie Lombardo

Citrus High School

Age: 17

Hobbies: Singing, dancing and being with family and friends

Achievements: School swim team; concert choir chamber choir; Breez; Homecoming Queen 2000; honorable mention at "Blueprint for the Millennium" speech; hospital volunteer; student music teacher at middle school; University of Miami Honor Choir; solo ensemble.

Aspires: Obtain a degree in recording arts to become a music producer or become a child psychologist.

Talent: Musical performance to Reach.

Amanda Russell

Citrus High School

Age: 18

Hobbies: Photography, scrapbooking and working with children.

Achievements: Two first place and a best of show in state photography contest member of FFA and received Greenhand degree; high honor roll; Covey Leadership Award; peer counselor; First Baptist Church Youth Group.

Aspires: To become an elementary school teacher.

Talent: Sign performance to Adonai.
