Telemundo, Univision go head-to-head with music shows Sunday

If you like Latin music, you should stay home Sunday evening, because Telemundo and Univision will go head-to-head delivering 2{ hours of Latin entertainment.

Univision will televise Noche de Carnaval, featuring Carnaval King Elvis Crespo, Pedro Fernandez, Paulina Rubio and Son by Four, among others. The concert took place earlier this month. It marked the beginning of a weeklong celebration that culminated Sunday with Calle Ocho, the largest Latin festival in the country.

Telemundo's offering is Calle Ocho 2001, a concert filmed during the street festival in Miami's Little Havana.

The show, with hosts Nadia Rowinsky and Robert Angelelli, includes Crespo, Ednita Nazario, Grupo Mania and Azul Azul.

Both music events air from 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday.
