Book talk: "The Love of God'

The staff at the Ruskin Branch Library, One Dickman Drive, will lead a book discussion on The Love of God by Alice Munro. This free program is at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Author reads, signs book

Mark Winegardner will read and sign Crooked River Burning at 7 p.m. Monday at Inkwood Books, 216 S Armenia Ave. Winegardner is the director of the creative writing program at Florida State University. He is the author of The Veracruz Blues, along with three nonfiction books, and contributes regularly to Esquire and other magazines. For information, call (813) 253-2638.
