Star One Realty recently announced that Shelly Rehm has joined the company as client care manager. Rehm previously worked at Seven Springs Elementary. Star One's leaders for June were: Patty Stead and Lyle Larson, top listing agents; Marguerite Pugliese, top sales agent; Jeff Meyer and Karen Malluck, top producers, closing more than 20 homes.

Century 21 Professional Realty announced its top Realtors for June: Beverly Campbell was the top producer and top lister at the New Port Richey office; Bob Galbo holds that distinction at the Hudson office.

Coldwell Banker F.I. Grey and Son Inc. of New Port Richey announced its top producers for June: Mary Archie, top lister and top closer; Joan Barbarulo, top producer; Mary Archie and Wilma Lee "30" Club for June.

Joe W. Gibson was the top lister and top sales for May at Paradise West Realty Inc.

Ann Addino, member of the Rotary Club of Trinity, New Port Richey, was among nearly 25,000 Rotarians and their guests from 132 countries in San Antonio, June 24-27 for Rotary International's 92nd annual convention.

The Nature Coast Chapter of the Florida Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals elected officers for the 2001-2002 term. They are: Roger Jacobs, president, Brooksville; Judy Bearer, vice president, New Port Richey; Marge Homan, secretary, Brooksville; and Linda Walters, treasurer, Spring Hill.

Chris Masseo, one of the broker/owners of Florida Luxury Realty, was awarded the Ambassador of the Year at the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce 57th Annual Banquet held at the Spartan Manor. This award is in recognition of her outstanding service to the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce.

Premier Consulting Services Inc. will celebrate its first anniversary Wednesday at 5745 Main St., Suite 203, New Port Richey. There will be social time with refreshments from 4 to 7 p.m., with a ribbon cutting at 6 p.m. The West Chamber of Commerce will be on hand to cut the ribbon, as well as elected officials.

At the Annual Awards Dinner for the Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce, which was recently held at Saddlebrook Resort, Paradise Lakes Clothing Optional Resort was named the Chamber Business of the Year for a large business with more than 25 employees. Paradise Lakes has nearly 100 employees. The award was a first for the nudist industry.

The West Pasco Chamber of Commerce Quarterly Membership Dinner will be on Tuesday, at Seven Springs Golf and Country Club, 3535 Trophy Blvd., New Port Richey. There will be a cash bar from 5:30 to 6 p.m., followed by dinner from 6 to 7 p.m. The cost is $11 and includes beverage, tax, and gratuity. Guest speaker will be Sheriff Bob White. Samuelsen Builders was chosen to build homes in the latest phase of Fox Wood, a gated residential village at Trinity, the $1.6-billion master planned community in southwest Pasco County.
