New Orleans Arena is "first class," but NBA commissioner David Stern insists that alone will not determine if the Hornets move here.
Stern toured the arena Wednesday with a relocation committee of seven NBA owners. Their recommendations are expected by April 9, when the league could vote on the move. The Hornets need support from at least 15 of the league's 29 other teams.
"I haven't talked to the owners but I believe as you walk through it it's a first-class arena," Stern said.
