As its 1,550-square-foot Carlyle II model nears completion, Inland Homes recently opened the 2,611-square-foot Devonshire II model home and sales center in Oakstead, a 1,200-home community in south central Pasco County.

Arthur Rutenberg Homes' 3,256-square-foot Nassau V model is under construction in The Laurels, a village in the 2,000-acre master-planned community of Seven Oaks in Wesley Chapel, southeast Pasco County.

Prudential Tropical Realty moved its corporate office to a large space located at the corner of U.S. 19 and Trouble Creek Road, according to brokers and co-owners Dewey Mitchell and Allen Crumbley. Prudential also announced the sale of a 1,700-square-foot building on Old Dixie Highway at the entrance of Sea Ranch subdivision in Hudson to the PEAC Spinal Clinic, according to Mike Johnston, who brokered the transaction. The clinic will be moving in after renovations are completed.
