BENGALS: Offensive tackle Levi Jones and safety Lamont Thomas signed. Jones signed a five-year contract and Thompson a four-year deal. No terms were given. Jones was a three-year starter for Arizona State and ended his college career with 35 consecutive starts.

BILLS: Rookie receiver Josh Reed signed but no terms were given. The move leaves two picks unsigned: offensive tackle Mike Williams and defensive end Ryan Denney. The team waived receivers Reggie Germany and Clarence Coleman after they failed physicals. Veteran offensive lineman Jerry Ostroski (knee) and veteran tight end Jay Riemersma (hamstring) were placed on the physically unable to perform list. Quarterback David Dinkins was placed on the nonfootball injury list with an undisclosed medical condition that will require surgery.

BRONCOS: Kicker Jason Elam agreed to a one-year contract and first-round draft pick Ashley Lelie and second-rounder Clinton Portis also agreed to deals. Portis, the ex-Miami Hurricane, signed a four-year, $2.5-million contract with a $1.29-million signing bonus. Elam agreed to the team's $1.5-million tender offer. Lelie's terms weren't given.

DOLPHINS: Free-agent fullback Obafemi Ayanbadejo signed along with four pickes _ tight end Randy McMichael, cornerback Omare Lowe, receiver Sam Simmons and running back Leonard Henry. McMichael signed a four-year contract; Lowe, Simmons and Henry signed for three years. Terms weren't given.

RAIDERS: First-round draft pick Phillip Buchanon agreed to a five-year contract worth about $7-million, including a $4-million signing bonus. Also UNC quarterback Ronald Curry and running back Larry Ned signed.

STEELERS: First-round draft pick Kendall Simmons reached terms on a $7.1-million, six-year contract.
