Tina Chandler was a juror last week in the trial of Michael Porter, who was found not guilty of sexual battery charges in connection with the 1987 rape of a woman. Porter was convicted of the same charges in 1988 in that case and served 14 years in prison. On Monday, Chandler said she believed Porter was "an innocent man who was sent to prison." She said she misspoke when she told reporters after the verdict early Saturday that Porter "was probably a guilty man." She said she meant to use the word "innocent" instead of "guilty."
