CASERES, INDALECIO, 89, of Tampa, died Sunday (Nov. 17, 2002). Born in Tacna, Peru, he moved to Tampa several years ago. He retired from the Peruvian army after 42 years and was Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Josefina; seven children, Nora Ponce, Tula Lochmatow, Aydee Lazaro, Lucy Martinov, Oswaldo, Felix and Javier Caseres; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. CERF, HELEN, 79, of Valrico, died Saturday (Nov. 16, 2002) in Brandon. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she moved to the Tampa area in 1980. Survivors include two sons, Robert and Christopher; three daughters, Joanne Maltby, Carol Vest and Barbara Stockley; a sister, Marguerite Fussaro; and seven grandchildren. FLEMING, SISTER MARY, OSF, 59, of Tampa, died Sunday (Nov. 17, 2002) at the Franciscan Convent. She was the assistant administrator of the Franciscan Center until 1988. HARVEY, NORMAN WESLEY, 75, of Valrico, died Saturday (Nov. 16, 2002) at Tampa General Hospital. Born in Tunkhannock, Pa., he was a lifelong resident of Florida. He was an Air Force veteran, retiring with the rank of master sergeant. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Elaine; a son, Lonnie Harvey, Brandon; a daughter, Cheryl Hawkins, Ocala; and four grandchildren. Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon.

HENSLEY, THOMAS M. SR., 83, of Valrico, died Friday (Nov. 15, 2002). Born in Barboursville, W.Va., he moved to Florida in 1970 from Huntington, W.Va. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II and was a social worker for the state of Florida. Survivors include his wife, Anna J.; two sons, Thomas M. Jr., Gainesville, Ga., and Stephen W., Huntington; two brothers, Raymond, Milton, and Eric, Chesapeake, Ohio; and three grandchildren. Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon.

HERRICK, ALICE B., 90, of Tampa, formerly of Seminole, died Thursday (Nov. 14, 2002) at University Community Hospital. Born in Warrenton, N.C., she moved to Seminole in 1964 from Churchville, N.Y., and moved to Tampa in 2001. She was a 1934 graduate of Duke University. She received a bachelor's degree in radiology and hematology. She served overseas in the Red Cross during World War II and retired from Hunter Blood Bank as a lab supervisor after 15 years. She was a member of Christ Presbyterian Church in Largo. Survivors include two sons, Gordon R. Miller Jr., Madeira Beach, and Mark B. Miller, Tampa; and a grandson, Matt Miller, Madeira Beach. E. MILTON, ALICE B., 80, of Tampa, died Sunday (Nov. 17, 2002). Born in Apopka, she moved to Tampa more than 70 years ago. She was an active member of Palma Ceia United Methodist Church, Sword of Hope, Red Cross Angels and the Chislers, Inc. She also held memberships with the Beach Park Women's Club, Beach Park Garden Club, Colonial Dames of the 17th Century, the DAR, Tampa Women's Club and the Easter Seal Guild. Survivors include two daughters, Ann Lewis, Winter Haven, and Kathleen Henderson, St. Petersburg; two sisters, Jeanne Partridge and Dorothy Lawson; three grandchildren; and three great-grandsons. PENSADO, TERESA MARTINEZ, 90, of Tampa, died Friday (Nov. 15, 2002). A native and lifelong resident of Tampa, she was a retired cigarmaker and was Catholic. Survivors include her brother, Anthony Perez; and several nieces and nephews. Gonzalez Funeral Home, Tampa.

SEBALLA, GAETANO "TONY," 90, of Tampa, died Saturday (Nov. 16, 2002). Born in Ybor City, he was a retired produce dealer and was a longtime member of SMS Italia and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Dusolina "Toots;" a daughter, Mary Linda Sabella, Tampa; two sons, Jack A., Clearwater, and Tomas Jr., Tampa; two sisters, Angelina Coniglio and Rosalia "Lily" Betancourt; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. WALLACE, MARGARET JULIA, 82, of Tampa, died Sunday (Nov. 17, 2002). Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Troy B.; two sons, Steve and Jim; a daughter, Julia Letourneau; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, Brandon.

WALSTON, KATHLEEN ROBB, 75, of Largo, formerly of St. Petersburg and Tampa, died Friday (Nov. 15, 2002) at home. She was born in Tampa and graduated from Hillsborough High School. She was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church, St. Petersburg, for 44 years and worked as a sales associate at Maas Brothers department store. Survivors include three daughters, Kerry Kelly, Clearwater, Kathleen Pagan, Gainesville, and Elizabeth Rimmer, Orlando; two sons, Charles, Washington, D.C., and Hoyt, Gainesville,; two brothers, Charles C.
