Loretta Florey, a registered nurse, has been appointed as the new director of nursing services at Evergreen Woods Health and Rehabilitation Center, 7045 Evergreen Woods Trail, Spring Hill. She has been a director of nursing for a number of years in the immediate area.

Kim Friedman recently joined the staff of Citrus Travel and Tours of Homosassa as the Central Ridge/Citrus Hills/Beverly Hills' travel consultant.

The Paul and Karen Werling sales team of ReMax Realty One has achieved the ReMax Platinum Club award, which was presented to the couple at the annual banquet in Tampa. They were recognized for closing in excess of $13-million in sales in 2002. The Werlings are members of the ReMax Hall of Fame and have been consistent multimillion-dollar producers since joining the firm in 1989. They have closed $3-million in sales this year.

ERA American Realty and Investments has announced that Mary Roeser has joined its Inverness office as a sales associate. Formerly she was the director of marketing and promotion with aHearst-owned Baltimore radio station.
