A church youth group leader was charged Sunday with molesting two 12-year-old boys and one 10-year-old boy at the man's home, police said.
Paul Allen Fagiole, 44, was arrested on custodial sexual battery, lewd molestation of a child under 12 and six counts of lewd molestation, said Col. Grady Judd of the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
One of the boys told an older sister about the alleged molestation, and the sister went to police Saturday. After a brief investigation, Fagiole was arrested a day later. He confessed to detectives in a videotaped interview, Judd said.
Fagiole was being held at Central County Jail in Bartow on $200,000 bail. He was scheduled for his first court appearance Monday, when he would be assigned an attorney, Judd said.
Fagiole, who is disabled and unemployed, volunteered at the Willow Oak Assembly of God, about 10 miles south of Lakeland.
The alleged acts occurred at sleep-overs at Fagiole's home, victims told detectives.
Fagiole was convicted of child molestation in 1981, Judd said.
A telephone message left with the Willow Oak Assembly of God was not immediately returned Sunday.
