Women's choir to perform at Baptist church

The Thursday Musicale, a 50-woman, nonsectarian chorus, will be in concert at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church, 6561 Circle Blvd., New Port Richey.

Henry Fletcher is the director and Joan Geschke is accompanist. John Timpanelli, singer-impressionist, will be the featured artist. He began his career in the Tampa Bay area at 4, has appeared on television and radio and is a regular on the night club circuit. He is also known for promoting dinner theaters and supper clubs in the Tampa Bay area.

Edna Kotal is president of the Thursday Musicale, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promotion and performance of music in Pasco county.

There is no admission charge; however, an offering will be taken. Call 847-5920.
