The Hillsborough County Commission will hear these applications on Tuesday starting at 9 a.m.:
WESTCHASE: DBW Enterprises Inc. is looking for more variety.
The company wants to increase the amount of industrial uses permitted at an approved 25-acre project off Linebaugh Avenue east of Race Track Road. DBW also wants to build a larger mini-storage facility, increase building heights and eliminate plans for a road that connects a portion of the site to adjacent property. (Petition 03-1598).
CARROLLWOOD: A developer wants to build a 45-home subdivision on 10 acres off Mushinski Road west of Henderson Road. (Petition 03-1604).
TOWN 'N COUNTRY: GR Partners LLC wants to modify a rezoning to allow a fourth development option on 11.3 acres of undeveloped property on George Road, south of Hillsborough Avenue. The company wants permission to build 8,000 square feet of commercial uses and 178,000 square feet of offices. The property now allows 312,500 square feet of office space and a 360-unit hotel. (Petition 03-1591).
TOWN 'N COUNTRY: T.L.C. Carpet Cleaning Inc. is requesting a rezoning that will allow warehouse and office uses on the southeast corner of Benjamin Road and Bridle Path Lane. (Petition 04-0086).
CARROLLWOOD: William King wants permission to subdivide 1.7 acres on the west side of Shaw Road north of Ehrlich Road into three lots. (Petition 04-0079).
TOWN 'N COUNTRY: Berton Raden Thomas wants to wait until Feb. 24 to present his application for some minor changes to a five-phase Sheldon Shores townhouse development off Sheldon Road.
Because of the expansion of Sheldon to four lanes, Thomas wants to relocate an existing curb cut so the entrance will align with the curb cut at Sheldon and Wood Lake Boulevard. That would involve minor changes to the internal roads and building locations, he says. Thirteen townhomes are complete. (Petition 04-0273).
