You've probably had days when you wished your children could be more like you with your even temper, soft voice or math skills.
It may never happen. But never mind. They may well be dressing more like you all the time.
Many styles in children's clothes seem as trendy or as sophisticated as designer runway fare.
So you can understand what Coach, the handbag company, is thinking with the introduction of an edition Coach Kids Collection.
As Time magazine notes, Coach joins the likes of Burberry, Tod's and Moschino in targeting children. And it's easy to understand why. The apparel business has been a bit slow in recent seasons, but the underage market keeps trudging along, to the tune of $28-billion last year.
Offerings include a weather-resistant crusher hat, a shearling muff, mittens and hats for girls and boys.
The company is donating a portion of hat sales to the nonprofit Girls' Inc.
