My Dante's Bistro, formerly Michael's Bistro, 2410 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
Owner Beatrice DeLuca also announced that violinist Christina Adams will perform at the restaurant from 7 to 10 p.m. Feb. 13 and 14. Reservations are suggested.
All tips and donations received from customers will help Adams cover expenses for music camp in Vermont next summer. Adams is a student at Central High School and a member of the Hernando Symphony Orchestra.
Hours at the restaurant are from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Catering is available for up to 300.

A resident of Spring Hill for 17 years, Lacy is a member of the International Smart Tan Network, an association of professional tanning salons.
Employees of the Ultimate Tanning Salon are trained to understand and follow exposure schedules on the equipment, to focus on the need for all salon clients to wear federally approved eyewear, and to teach clients to avoid sunburn and overexposure, both indoors and outdoors.
Smart Tan publishes educational materials for both tanning operators and customers, available to member and nonmember tanning salons.

Erick Wicklund, general manager of AutoWay Ford Lincoln Mercury, 7200 Broad St., Brooksville, was recently congratulated, along with his staff, for attaining the No. 1 sales volume ranking among all the Lincoln Mercury dual dealers in the Orlando Region.
The Orlando Region represents 27 dual dealers in Florida, as well as parts of Alabama and Georgia.
According to the Orlando regional team, Wicklund and his team set the pace in 2003 with 376 retail sales.

Ann Marie Crace was recently chosen as Employee of the Year for 2003 by Summit Imaging, 12037 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill.
Each of the employees of the quarter, plus write-ins, were eligible for the honor. The final selection was the result of an all-employee voting process. Crace was a write-in nominee.
Crace is in her fifth year at Summit Imaging and serves as lead supervisor for the front desk. She previously held positions in scheduling and collections.
Crace and her husband, Gene, have five children and live in Spring Hill.

Fenton joined the Fenton Art Glass Co. in 1997 after graduating from West Virginia Wesleyan College. He spent many summers and holidays working at the company as a youngster. At 16, he worked in the gift shop dusting shelves and giving tours, and later moved to inventory control, shipping, packing, hot metal and finally to a job working for his father, Tom Fenton, vice president of manufacturing.
Fenton is now national sales manager, helping the company sales team manage its distribution channels. He also heads up the Internet department.
Fenton Art Glass Company is the largest manufacturer of handmade colored glass in the United States. Founded in 1905, Fenton is known for its colors and patterns. Each piece of glass is created by skilled glass workers and decorators.
