Momma is about 2 years old; her fur is "tigger" and white. Momma is a loving and affectionate cat. Inquiries about adopting Momma Cat or other cats and dogs can be made at the Humane Society of Hernando County shelter at Wiscon and Mobley roads, Brooksville. The shelter is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and noon to 3 p.m. Sundays. The shelter is run strictly on donations; no government subsidies are provided. There is a $65 adoption fee to cover the cost of some shots, spaying/neutering and deworming.
