An electric wheelchair carrier was donated to Tarpon Springs Moose Lodge 1429, off Mile Stretch Road in Holiday. Tom Castriota, president/owner of Castriota Chevrolet of Hudson, was looking for a worthy organization that helped in community services. That turned out to be Tarpon Springs Moose Lodge 1429. The lodge is one of the fastest growing lodges in this area.

Their contributions to organizations such as St. Vincent de Paul's food pantry, St. James Apostle, S.H.A.R.E. program, Mitchell High School Marching Band, Pasco/Hernando Hospice, the Sheriff's Youth Ranch, Scouting youth groups, ARC Special Olympics and Adopt a Road program.
