New coach Jim Mora hired Jeff Jagodzinski as tight ends coach. Jagodzinski joins the team after being fired Jan.

16 by Green Bay, where he served as tight ends coach for five years. Jagodzinski came to the Packers in 1999 after spending two years as offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Boston College. He also worked at LSU, East Carolina, Northern Illinois and Wisconsin-Whitewater, his alma mater.

LIONS: Larry Brooks was hired as defensive line coach. He was on Dick Jauron's staff in Chicago last season, after which Jauron was fired then hired to be Detroit's defensive coordinator. Brooks has 18 years of NFL coaching experience and has been a defensive line coach the past 10 seasons. He coached Seattle (1999-02) and Green Bay (1994-98) under Mike Holmgren, who also had Lions coach Steve Mariucci and Jauron on his staff with the Packers.
