Long live the tree

Bill Parcells and the Cowboys may have been eliminated four weeks ago, but leaves on his coaching tree remains. New England's Bill Belichick is a direct disciple, a defensive coordinator for Parcells with the Giants, Jets and Patriots. Carolina's John Fox was a defensive coordinator for Jim Fassel with the Giants. Fassel first worked in New York under Ray Handley, a direct disciple of Parcells.
