A Rock 'n Roll Revue with Ron Dante and the Archies, the Platters, the Shangri-Las and Andy Kim will take place Sunday at Silver Springs theme park near Ocala.
The revue featuring the early rock music and Motown acts kicks off two months of weekend concerts at Silver Springs, 5656 E Silver Springs Blvd., also State Road 40.
Other February shows include Sawyer Brown on Feb. 7, the Lettermen on Feb. 8, the Bellamy Brothers on Feb. 14, Ray Stevens on Feb. 15, Chubby Checker on Feb. 21, Mickey Rooney's Vegas Revue on Feb. 22, Oak Ridge Boys on Feb. 28 and Louise Mandrell on Feb. 29.
The concerts continue through March with Kenny Rogers on March 6, Neal McCoy on March 7, Tony Orlando on March 13, John Anderson and Doug Stone on March 14, the Charlie Daniels Band on March 20, Lee Greenwood's Patriotic Salute on March 21, Lorrie Morgan on March 27 and Roy Clark on March 28.
The concerts take place on an outdoors stage and are included in the regular admission price of $32.99 for adults, $23.99 for children ages 3 to 10, and $29.99 for seniors 55 and older.
Silver Springs also has attractions such as the Jungle Cruise, the Lost River Voyage and live animal shows.
