OBITUARIES

St. Petersburg

McHOUL, JOANNE RUTH, 71, of Clearwater, formerly of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday (Jan. 27, 2004). She was a native of St. Petersburg and moved to Clearwater in 1972. She was a job placement coordinator for the state of Florida's Job Services in Clearwater, retiring after 31 years. She was a member of Fifth Avenue Baptist Church, the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, and the American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors include a daughter, Susan Girard, Brandon; and a grandson. Madeira Beach

DRAGON, HAROLD JOSEPH SR., 84, of Agawam, Mass., a seasonal resident of Madeira Beach, died Saturday (Jan. 24, 2004) at Palms of Pasadena Hospital, South Pasadena. He was born in Springfield, Mass. He owned a construction company. Survivors include a daughter, Debbie Dragon, Madeira Beach. Ambassador Mortuary Service, Oldsmar.

South Pasadena

HOLT, JEAN WESLEY, 90, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., formerly of South Pasadena, died Wednesday (Jan. 14, 2004). Born in Lugerville, Wis., she came here from Colorado and moved to Lake Havasu City two years ago. She was a homemaker and was a WAC. Survivors include a brother, Albert; two daughters, Candace Abeyta, Lake Havasu City, and Tammy Frohlich, Punta Gorda; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Pinellas Park

MOORE, GERALDINE K. "PAT," 75, of Pinellas Park, died Thursday (Jan. 29, 2004) at Kindred Hospital Bay Area _ St. Petersburg. Born in Philadelphia, she came here in 1981 from Baltimore. She retired as a secretary for Baltimore County schools. She was an avid bowler and golfer. Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Donald; a son, Mitchell Moore, Burlington, Vt.; a daughter, Donna Carroll, Bel Air, Md.; and five grandchildren.
