STREAKING ALONG

The longest pass-catching streak in NFL history ended last week when Jerry Rice was shut out for the first time since 1985. But his record of 274 consecutive games might never be touched. Rice's closest active pursuer is current Buc and former Raider teammate Tim Brown, who has caught passes in 175 consecutive games. But at 38, Brown won't play 100 more games in his career, much less catch passes in them. Here are the five longest current pass-catching streaks:

Player Team No.

Tim Brown Bucs 175

Marshall Faulk Rams 148

Marvin Harrison Colts 125

Keyshawn Johnson Cowboys 121

Terrell Owens Eagles 117
