Museum searching for WWII liberators

The Florida Holocaust Museum is searching for individuals who served in World War II and were liberators of death camps throughout Europe. The museum would like to honor these men at their "To Life and Liberation" dinner on Feb. 12, 2005 at the A La Carte Pavilion in Tampa.

The museum typically honors two individuals or couples for their outstanding commitment to community and humanity at this annual fundraiser. This year, in an effort to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the end of WWII, as well as the liberation of the death camps in Europe, the event will be dedicated to honoring bay area liberators and Holocaust survivors who were rescued.

If you would like more information, call Stacy Rosenberg at the Florida Holocaust Museum at (727) 820-0100 Ext. 243 or e-mail at her at srosenbergflholocaustmuseum.org.
