CLARK, HERMAN A., 56, of Lecanto, died Sunday (Sept. 26, 2004) at home. He was born in Tampa and came to this area 20 years ago from Dade City. He was a retired high school teacher. Survivors include his wife, Brenda, and a son, Brian, Brooksville. Brown Funeral Home and Crematory, Crystal River.

ENOLD, GEORGIA A., 83, of Beverly Hills, died Saturday (Sept. 25, 2004) in Crystal River. She was born in Jamaica, N.Y., and came here 22 years ago from Patchogue, N.Y. She was a homemaker and was a school bus driver for 10 years in New York. She was Catholic. Survivors include three daughters, Irene Leo, Dunnellon, Carole Staab, Port Richey, and Janet Lozito, Citrus Springs; a son, Robert Schoemmell, Melbourne; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. HICKEY, DOROTHEA MAE, 72, of Dunnellon, died Saturday (Sept. 25, 2004) at her daughter's home in Ocala. She was born in Ridgewood, N.Y., came to this area 20 years ago from Selden, N.Y., and was a homemaker. She was Catholic. Survivors include her husband of 51 years, William J.; three daughters, Maria Rudnicki, Pembroke Pines, Eleanor Newberry, Savannah, Ga., and Sandra Minchew, Ocala; three sons, Gerard, Centereach, N.Y., and William and Dennis, both of Dunnellon; a brother, William Gironda, and a sister, Mary Cardinale, both of New York; and 18 grandchildren. LAFFEY, WILLIAM EDWARD, 84, of Inverness, died Friday (Sept. 24, 2004) at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness. He was born in Scranton, Pa., and came here 20 years ago from Garfield, N.J. He was a retired senior operations analyst for IBM Corporation and was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Beverly Hills Democratic Club, Inverness Square Dance Club, Knights of Columbus Auxiliary 6168 and Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Mercedes "Mike"; a sister, Mary Broderick, Crestwood, N.J.; and several grandnieces and nephews. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory, Inverness.

PERICHT, RICHARD SR., 68, of Homosassa, died Sunday (Sept. 19, 2004) in Homosassa. He was born in Pittsburgh and came here in 1985 from Miami. He worked at the Citrus County Landfill with 10 years of service and was a Marine Corps veteran. He was Catholic. Survivors include a son, Richard Pericht Jr., Inverness; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Hooper Funeral Homes, Homosassa.

VINCENT, RAMONA A., 75, of Homosassa, formerly of Tampa, died Friday (Sept. 24, 2004) at Oak Hill Hospital in Spring Hill. She was born in Erie, Mich., and came to this area in 1961 from Tampa. She was a security guard with Pinkerton at Crystal River Power Plant and later worked at Enterprise Rental Car Crystal River until 2000. She was Protestant. Survivors include two daughters, Cherry Hooker, Milledgeville, Ga., and Chontee Green, Homosassa; a brother, Glen Vincent, Tampa; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter, Strickland Funeral Home, Crystal River.
