OREGON: Former Nebraska center Richie Incognito, who withdrew from school after being suspended from the team for disciplinary problems, has enrolled. He can start practicing next week pending physical exams but is ineligible to play this season. Coach Mike Bellotti stipulated Incognito complete an anger-management course and adhere to a strict code of conduct.

PENN ST.: Quarterback Michael Robinson will miss at least a month after being knocked unconscious Saturday. The hit by Wisconsin's Erasmus James left him with a concussion but nothing any more major. He said he feels fine except for headaches that have prevented him from sleeping for long periods of time.

TCU: Quarterback Brandon Hassell said his sore left (nonthrowing) shoulder has improved and he expects to start Saturday against Army. The injury occurred when he dived into the end zone for a touchdown in the second overtime against USF. Coach Gary Patterson said Tye Gunn, whom Hassell replaced, might return Oct. 15 if his ankle improves.
