Clearwater Jazz Holiday is looking for that perfect design to capture the feel of the 2005 event. Each year a new poster is designed and sold at the event. The sale of the poster and corresponding merchandise helps keep the event free.
Preliminary designs must be received by Jan. 7. Several artists will be selected to develop their concept and $200 will be given to each artist selected to cover the cost of further development and final proof status.
Artwork can be produced digitally, photographically or using traditional artistic mediums and previous years posters can be viewed at www.clearwaterjazz.com.
The artist selected will receive $2,000, two invitations to the Poster Unveiling Party, two VIP passes and one VIP parking pass per day for each day of the event and on stage recognition as the designer of the 2005 Clearwater Jazz Holiday poster.
