Devine Communications announces that the agency has split into two ad agencies. Devine Communications founder Barry Devine will continue to oversee Devine Communications and has relocated its corporate office to 877 Executive Center Drive, Suite 202, St. Petersburg. Business partner Tony Ceresoli II has established a new agency, Ad Partners Inc., where he will serve as president. Under the arrangement, Devine Communications will retain the Hungry Howie's Pizza and Subs account, and all other accounts will be transferred to Ad Partners Inc. Ad Partners will remain at Devine's former offices at 9800 Fourth St. N, Suite 200, St. Petersburg.

ENGINEERING

Wade-Trim Inc., 4919 Memorial Highway, Suite 200, Tampa, announces the following contracts: City of Venice, for an evaluation and assessment of the city's comprehensive plan. The project will include a review of the successes and opportunities for improvements in the long-range planning for the city; City of Bradenton, to develop a revitalization plan and strategy for the Tamiami Trial corridor within the city's community redevelopment area; Progress Energy Florida, for design of a site improvement plan for a 19-acre parcel in Crawfordville. This project includes the design of on-site drainage facilities, utilities and landscaping; and the city of Clearwater, to design the Druid Trail, a 4-mile multiuse trail connecting the Pinellas Trail to the future Progress Energy Trail. Also, Wade-Trim will design the Beach Connector Trail, which will connect to the Druid Trail. The project includes landscaping, intersection improvements and pedestrian crossings.

FINANCE

PSCU Financial Services, 560 Carillon Parkway, St. Petersburg, announces that Dun & Bradstreet has raised PSCU's credit rating from fair to good, which reflects an increase in assets and stability. PSCU has exceeded $200-million in assets.

Monroe & Giordano, 777 S Harbour Island Blvd., Suite 140, Tampa, has arranged the following financing: Valencia Estates manufactured housing community in Apopka, 120 home sites on 25 acres, $3.06-million; and Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach, 122,668 square feet, two connected buildings on 9.08 acres, $11.8-million.

HEALTH CARE

Comprehensive Care Corp., 204 S Hoover Blvd., Suite 200, Tampa, announces a service agreement with Eye Care International, Tampa, for the purchase of 125,000 vision plans and the option to purchase an additional 875,000 vision plans for use by Comprehensive Care in conjunction with its managed behavioral health care business.
