JONES, NANCY IRENE JAMES, 72, of Tampa, died Tuesday (Feb. 7, 2006). Born in Boynton Beach, she was a former resident of Winter Park, Longboat Key, and, most recently, Tampa. She was a homemaker, mother and wife. In addition to raising three children, she managed several family business ventures including Winter Park Photo and Art in downtown Winter Park. She also participated in various civic groups including numerous parent-teacher associations and was active in the founding of the Orlando Civic Theatre, where she served as guild president. KLEMP, WARREN J., 73, of Valrico, died Thursday (Feb. 9, 2006). He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was an employee of Kimmins Corp., and a member of Bell Shoals Baptist Church. Survivors include his loving wife, Gerri; a daughter, Lauren DeRosa, Winchester, Mass.; a son, Nicholas, Valrico; two sisters, Lois Trentacosti, Illinois, and Joanne Mullennix, Indiana.; two brothers, George, Illinois, and Harold, Arizona.; and five grandchildren. MILCHER, BILLY WILLIAM, 71, of Homosassa, formerly of Tampa, died Thursday (Feb. 9, 2006) at home. He was born in Tampa and was a lifelong resident of Citrus County. He was a commercial fisherman and crabber and member of the Church of Christ of Homosassa. Survivors include his mother, Susie H. Burnham, Lecanto; and a brother, James, Homosassa. ROMERO, VIDAL, 53, of Plant City, died Friday (Feb. 10, 2006). Born in Harrisburg, Pa., he moved to the area 10 years ago from New Jersey. He was a laborer. WALTON, FRANK "DUTCH," 58, of Tampa, died Saturday (Feb. 11, 2006) at University Community Hospital in Tampa. Born in Fulda, Germany, he moved to St. Petersburg in 1960 from Cleveland, before moving to Tampa in 1977. He began his career as a lead singer for a band called Me and the Other Guys before becoming a merchandise manager for both Busch Gardens in Tampa and Universal Studios in Orlando. He was a Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Terry; a daughter, Jennifer Permenter; two sons, Ryan and Jarod, all of Tampa; his mother, Marianne; a sister, Shirley A.
