WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "They feel more like a home than a townhome," said Johnson of his project. "A lot of times wth townhomes and condos, they are more elongated, so you have a lot of wasted space. This space is more of a square, and it has a better flow. Johnson added that the project is named after the Borghese Gallery in Rome, which he visited in 2004.
TIMELINE: Construction began in November 2004 and ended in January 2006.
