Isaac M. Castillo, 23, was arrested Thursday night and charged with carjacking after allegedly trying to force his way into a woman's car. The incident happened about 11 p.m. at a 7-Eleven on Cortez Boulevard, just east of the Suncoast Parkway. According to a sheriff's report, Linda Wisenbaken was walking out of the store to her 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser when Castillo approached her. The report said he opened the door and tried to push his way into the car. But Wisenbaken kicked him, and a struggle ensued. Wisenbaken was able to hit the horn, which caused Castillo to run away. He hid behind the store and was arrested in the area. Castillo, whose address was unknown, was taken to the Hernando County Jail, where he remained without bail Friday night.
