Landowner objects to sewer service change
CRYSTAL RIVER - A local landowner is challenging Crystal River's decision to extend sewer service to RealtiCorp's land south of the city. The foundation filed a complaint asking the state Department of Environmental Protection to deny the city permission to provide the sewer service or at least to hold a formal administrative hearing.
