ONE STREET, ONE WEEK

This map shows crashes along Fletcher Ave. and the surrounding areas reported by the Florida Highway Patrol, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and the city of Tampa from Feb. 11-17.

1. BEARSS AVENUE AT FLORIDA AVENUE, FEB. 11, 10:40 A.M.: An eastbound 1996 Dodge crashed into a fire hydrant after the driver swerved to avoid a collision. No charges were filed.

2. BRUCE B. DOWNS AT PINE DRIVE, FEB. 11, 1:20 P.M.: A northbound 2002 Mazda crashed into the side of a 2003 Honda after the Mazda driver ran a red light. The 25-year-old female Mazda driver was charged with running a red light. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital-Fletcher.

3. MORRIS BRIDGE ROAD AT HAWK HILL DRIVE, FEB. 11, 6 P.M.: A westbound 1996 Honda clipped the front end of a 1998 Chrysler after the Honda driver jumped a median. The 17-year-old female Honda driver was charged with failure to use due care. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital-Fletcher.

4. FLETCHER AVENUE AT 22ND STREET, FEB. 11, 6:17 P.M.: A northbound 1993 Nissan crashed into a 2005 Chevy after being forced across a median by an unknown vehicle. The Chevy driver clipped the front end of a Mitsubishi and crashed into a parked 1993 Volkswagen. The 34-year-old female Chevy driver was charged with driving with a suspended license and being a habitual offender. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital-Fletcher.

5. NEBRASKA AVENUE AT 123RD AVENUE, FEB. 12, 5:10 P.M.: A westbound 1992 Toyota side-swiped a 2005 Mazda after entering the Mazda's lane. The 49-year-old female Toyota driver was charged with violation of right of way and no proof of insurance. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital-Fletcher.

6. BRUCE B. DOWNS AVENUE AT FLETCHER AVENUE, FEB. 13, 9:48 A.M.: A southbound 1998 Ford hit a pedestrian in a crosswalk. The 24-year-old female Ford driver was charged with expired tags and driving with an expired license. The 86-year-old male pedestrian was taken to University Community Hospital-Fletcher.

7. FLETCHER AVENUE AT FLORIDA AVENUE, FEB. 13, 9:50 A.M.: A westbound 2003 Acura clipped the front end of a 2000 Honda after making a left turn across an intersection. The 41-year-old male Acura driver was charged with failing to yield.

8. FLETCHER AVENUE AT TELECOM PARKWAY, FEB. 13, 10:45 A.M. An unknown vehicle crashed into a Chevy forcing the Chevy into a commercial truck. No charges were filed. The injured were taken to Tampa General Hospital.

9. NEBRASKA AVENUE AT 123RD AVENUE, FEB. 13, 11:55 A.M.: A southbound 1993 Chevy clipped the side of a 2001 Nissan after the Chevy driver changed lanes. The 29-year-old male Chevy driver was charged with improper lane change and no proof of insurance.

10. NEBRASKA AVENUE AT 123RD AVENUE, FEB. 14, 9 A.M.: A northbound 1997 Honda rear-ended a 1989 Toyota. No charges were filed.

11. FLETCHER AVENUE AT MAGNOLIA DRIVE, FEB. 14, 2:35 P.M.: A westbound 2003 Ford ran into the side of a 2006 Toyota after both cars entered an intersection. The 28-year-old female Toyota driver was charged with violation of right of way. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital-Fletcher.

12. 50TH STREET AT ELM DRIVE, FEB. 14, 5:05 P.M.: A northbound 2000 Toyota clipped the back end of a 2003 Honda after attempting to make a left turn. The 43-year-old male Toyota driver was charged with making an improper left turn.

13. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT LAKE FOREST DRIVE, FEB. 14, 6:45 P.M.: A northbound 1998 BMW clipped the rear end of a 2003 Ford after the Ford driver attempted to enter a private driveway. The 58-year-old male Ford driver was charged with making an illegal left turn.

14. BEARSS AVENUE AT INTERSTATE 275, FEB. 15, 4:14 P.M.: An eastbound 1998 Ford rear-ended a 2000 Mazda forcing the Mazda driver to clip the side of a 1988 Mercury. The 39-year-old female Ford driver was charged with following too closely. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital-Fletcher.

15. BEARSS AVENUE AT LIVINGSTON AVENUE, FEB. 16, 6:57 A.M.: An eastbound 1995 Pontiac rear-ended a 2000 Volkswagen after the Volkswagen driver rear-ended a 2001 Pontiac. The 20-year-old female Pontiac driver and the 17-year-old female Volkswagen driver were charged with failure to use due care.

16. MORRIS BRIDGE ROAD AT CROSS CREEK BOULEVARD, FEB. 16, 4:15 P.M.: A northbound 2002 Chevy ran into a fire hydrant after swerving to avoid a collision. No charges were filed. The injured were taken to Florida Hospital.
