NOTABLE: Florida is coming off a tough four-point home loss to Tennessee and has lost three of its last five games. But for some reason, beating Florida these days is still considered a "signature" win for opponents and NCAA bubble team Alabama could use one today. There was a time when many thought even the words bubble team would be a compliment to the Tide after leading scorer Chuck Davis suffered a season-ending injury. But Alabama rallied and has won eight of its 12 league games since losing Davis. Twelve of Alabama's 15 wins have come in Coleman Coliseum, including victories over Vanderbilt, LSU and SEC East champion Tennessee. The Gators' five losses this season have been by a combined 22 points, and their last two have been by four points each. The SEC regular season title is out of reach, but the Gators need to finish strong in the final three regular season games to keep its NCAA resume looking good.
